Fellow smokers, I've wanted one for years now and finally broke down and got myself a 4-rack digital smoker and I'm addicted to it! In the week I've had it I've done pulled pork, back ribs and venison jerky. All weren't perfect but a good start to this wonderful world of smoking!
I look forward to the forum and learning lots of tips from more experienced smokers.
Cheers,
TubeGuy

Welcome to the forum. As others have said don't be afraid to ask questions and don't forget to write down your recipe's for further smokes. I put date, how long of smoke, what wood I use, outside temp, any preparation (eg. put rub on and wrap in plastic overnight),and what temps I smoke at.
Thanks all....really appreciate the support. Just looking at this forum, it is an awesome resource!
