Never made GB jerky before, and tried it today and it came out pretty good, I used Backwoods Hot seasoning..3 lbs of 90/10

Ground jerky is about the only way I make jerky anymore.
The Backwoods Hot is some good stuff.
There Hickory is good too but the Mesquite just dont do it for me.
Chris I took it down to my son's business, he employees 28 people and until I got through the plant it was almost all gone, let's say it past the taste test... ;D
If you folks think the GB is good, try ground turkey that comes in the 1# plasitc tubes, it's great, healthy, ok when it comes jerky who needs healthy ;D, nice lookin beef jeky G9 .

99% of the time my jerky is made with ground deer. ;D
