My new Bradley is on its way!! Hurry up UPS man! Was after some advice or helpful tips for my first smoke. How long do u season a new smoker? I would love to try a turkey beast and my 7 year old daughter says I have to do some baby backs!! :) Can I do them together? Will they take different times? Thanks in advance!! I feel like a kid on Christmas eve!
Cheers, Adrian!
I personnally don't do poultry with other meat, but if you do, make sure that the chicken is always below the other meat.
Seasoning takes about 1 hour worth of smoke
Hi Adrian;
Welcome to the forum.

i would be worried about cross contamination between the ribs and turkey, if you place the ribs on one side and the turkey on the other you should be fine, the turkey might take longer to cook
Welcome to the forum, it sounds like you have received some very good advice...
Well, How did your first smoke turn out???
Decided to just do the ribs!! Really enjoyed it! Bradley is going to be hard to beat!!
