Trim, rub, hickory, IT 195, EAT! What could be simpler? :D
Curt, Kurobuta pork. The equivalent of Wagyu beef.

Thank you my Friends...
I'm running out of smokers-n-grills :D
WOW! That's awesome. I cant wait to see the pics! I'm going to have to throw some chips in the SRG this weekend just to get the smoke smell....
Hal smoked one of those last year and gave me a bag full......
TILT!
[thud]
Imagine taking apart some pulled pork and painting each muscle fiber with clarified butter, then reassembling.. Almost indescribable.

Now there's a comment I never thought I'd hear from NePaS. Be very afraid!
The SRF Shoulder is got a slight trim now.

Got some rub to mix up. Thanks Pat for the suggestion.

CYM, Rub now cover for 4am with the briskys.

Y'all ENJOY! ;D ;D ;D
At the prices SRF charges for their (admittedly superior) products, you'd think they'd trim them for you. That's probably the most expensive lard in the country.
I bet he's saving that for some Super Special Sausage!
Wow what a cool gift. All the best to everyone at the smokeout and wishing you all safe travels to and from.
That was some of the best Poke I have ever had the pleasure of eating!! Thanks again guys.

Glad y'all enjoyed it!
Did you notice those itty bitty strands of meat buried in all that fat?!
Gotta look real close, but there really is some
meat in there!
;D
