Saw someone made this last weekend so I ordered some stuff up from Amazon.com and the pictures tell the rest.

Got it in the smoker at 8:30 this morning, giving it 2 hours of Hickory smoke. Set the Bradley at 320°F and gonna take the pork to 170° F IT. I'm smokin the Bone for Navy bean soup :P :P :P

Well, to be frank, I've never liked the results with those pseudo-asian mixes.  It's just as easy to do from scratch and the taste is a whole lot better.  The bone however ought to be great for the soup.  Please post pix of that.

Here it is all done, Went and got 3/4 of a tank of diesel for a hundred dollars and some mustard and got back the IT was 175° F, looked like it wanted to start growing some bark. I have to go pick up the Shister in law so I'll slice some up when I get back :) :) :)

Thanks for the pics.  That bone looks like it's dying to get into some split pea soup.

Keymaster that looks great!

But I would like to know how you got your DBS set to 320F!?!? My OBS temp safety switch cuts off the element at 280F. Does the 6-rack DBS go higher than the OBS? Or did you mean 220F?

Thanks Muebe, as you can see in the picture the DBS is set at 320° F but it never actually reached that temp. I think the highest I saw it get to was 280 or 290°F.
