Just dropping in to say hey.  I am new to the Bradley Smoker.  I just got the original for Father's day.  I have my first attempt in the "box" now.  I have about 3lbs of phesant breast and two chuckers out on the deck.  I am soooooo looking forward to using the tar out of this!!  I am sure I will be on here often, sometimes lurking, sometimes asking questions.  Thanks in advance for any and all help.  From just south of Chicago here.  Have a good one.
