Post by: NePaSmoKer on June 29, 2011, 05:35:44 PM
Forgot to do these for the SO. My oldest daughter likes em so they head down to Lancaster County tomorrow.

cheese cloth on the racks.

1 medium size bag gets 2 racks.

Over the years i have found the 2-3 pucks works good with chex mix. Getting 2 pucks of apple.

Just right. Now put in the cheese cloth bag and twist tie the end.

Love making me some smoked Texas Trash.  I use the recipe on the Chex cereal box and kick it up with some Alabama Wild Fire or Rodaks Tonsil Tickler.  Do three pucks myself.

I would use the cheesy mix with a spicy kick up....YUM!

BTW...speaking of Lancaster County...did anyone see Larry the Cable Guy's Only in America show when he stayed with a family there?  The fishhook on his hat and they would not let him cut off the sleeves of his shirt cracked me up!

That is an awsome idea, I will definetly be trying that as soon as the replacement parts arrive from Bradley so I can put my door back on.
