Title: PID setting for ribs

 I am new at this And I have lots to learn  I just hooked up my PID , anyone have there time and temp setting for there  PID for Ribbs   going to try some on monday thanks

Just leave the PID set for 225F for a indefinite amount of time. Then cook those ribs using the 3-2-1 method. If they are baby backs  I would go 2-2-1 method ;D
