Title: Question about ribs ....
Post by: ttownump on October 28, 2005, 01:30:15 PM
I am going to do my first ribs in my BS this weekend ...I have read just about every rib thread in the forumand my question is this. If I decide to use my Bradley racks ...do I lay the ribs bone side down or meat side down for the first 4 hours ...I know I will after the 4 hour smoke ...just wanted to know how to start them...Thanks

Meat side up for the whole smoke. Lay bacon (cheap) on the top rack or directly on top of the ribs. When you change the water at 4 hours, rotate your racks. I find ribs excellent every time even if some times are better than others, I love ribs.[:p]
