Was busy today working on a GT 7.5 Lb load. Stole the idea from Kynola who stole it from Pens.

It was my first time working with GT and I must say I had my doubts, it came out really good and may work out better for my triglyceride levels  ;D.

I've never tried making turkey jerky from ground meat.  I have sliced up a few wild turkeys and made jerky in the dehydrator and it always comes out pretty tasty.  Looks like another idea to file away for another smokey day  :P
