Title: Super burrito
Post by: Keymaster on July 05, 2011, 01:10:23 PM
So I thaught I would try something different for lunch today. I went to Taco gymos, a place I have drove past twice a day for seven years and never stopped. This place is authentic mexican with a drive through. So I pull up to the window and order a super burrito, after a couple minutes the senorita hands me what felt like a five pound burrito. I take my burrito back to my office and ate about 1/3 of it and im stuffed. It was great, it had chopped beef, cheese, rice, red beans, gaucamole, sour cream and somethin that makes bullets of sweat poor from your forehead all for a mear $6.50. I'll definately be going back but will down size to a Grande ;D

It's 4:25 AM here in Maryland and I would KILL for a overstuffed burrito after looking at the picture.  I got hooked on mission style burritos when I was stationed in California with the Navy.  The Miramar area had the BEST places for burritos...little Mom and Pop places.

That looks great Keymaster :)
When I lived in SoCal, we used to love to get tacos and burritos off one of those caterering trucks that would stop buy our work 2 times a day.
My hubby and I would always get tongue/potato burritos...hum, I should make some, too! ;)

Oh, that looks SOOOOOOO good.  Can't get nothin' like dat in dese parts.  We've got one pseudo-Mexican place near Basel which is horrible.  The cook is an illegal from Indonesia.  The only authentic thing they have is Montezuma's revenge.   :o
