Hey guys, gonna do a load of turds and decided to try a few anahiems and poblanos to see if they work. Has anyone tried these, if so any tips or suggestions?
No experience, but I would think you would need to reinforce the anahiem's and pablanos. Either some extra bacon or putting them on a frog mat for extra support. The wall of those peppers is a decent amount flimsier than a jalapeno.
Oh, and if you have some, I'd bet some chorizo would go pretty darned well in one of those two.
