Had some sweet bologna mixed and some sausage. Smoked these all night. P, Offed cuz i dropped my camera :(

1.75 lb chub sweet bologna. This casing is a test one made from heavy duty cheese cloth.

I think i will like them. Seems to get more smoke in. Gotta ask my bag making lady where she got the HD Cheese cloth

I if I knew how to sew, I would try a flour sack towell for a casing. The density seems about the same as heavy duty cheese cloth. The ones I use for bread proofing are pretty cheap at Smart & Final.
