Mix everything together and load the Kirby Stuffer. Search for some 26-28mm casings, realize you only have 32mm. So you go for it any how.

Stuff all 10 pounds in a continuous link.

TOO big need to make smaller links like this.

Wait for the sauna to warm up to 160º then. Everybody in!!

Everybody got to swim around until they was 153º. Then they jumped into an ice bath to cool down. Once cool. Off came the swimming suits and out on some paper towels to dry and cool some more.

I was looking at them real close like.

Yep they is defiantly BUN LENGTH HOTDOGS!!

I ended up with 43 and 1/2 hotdogs out of 10 pounds of Beef and Pork. One of you math guru's can figure out how big they are. Maybe you can explain where that 1 and a half hotdog went too while your at it. I only found 42 when it came time to vac seal and put in the freezer.

Same place the sock goes to when you put 2 in the dryer and only 1 comes out. ::)

Me thinks the SRG operator shared a couple of the dogs with the 4 legged family member  ;D

The 4 legged family member might have gotten a sample but she was in da basement wif the kids. Somebody had to check and see if they tasted like hotdogs!!

I know there are some cultural and language "differences" between Hawaii and Iowa but I'm guessing (hoping) that you didn't really mean what you wrote (The dog was seeing if the kids tasted like hot dogs).
