Well I just ordered my first smoker from overstock.com paid 347.00 and 2.95 shipping for a 4 rack DIGI ordered Friday night got it today.
Anything that I need to know about it without searching the site?
I want to do ribs and a Boston butt this weekend for my Bday anyone have some good ideas for this?
How long to cook and at what temp?
What biscuit to use?
Any other suggestions of options to buy?
I love smoked food but never had the means to do it until now I really like the set it and walk away approach

Welcome to the forum and congrats on your new smoker ;D
Smoke the ribs at 225F using the 3-2-1 method.
The Butt can be rubbed with almost anything and then smoked for 4 hours. Take the butt to 160F IT for slicing and 195F to 205F for pulling.
Make sure to keep the vent 3/4 to fully open.
Hickory is a good standard puck.
Get yourself a good wireless thermometer.
Get a couple of bubba picks and frog mats.
And maybe a spare heating element. Bradley had a batch of defective elements. They will replace it for free if it goes out. But having one on hand is a good idea.
