As soon as we rolled up I fired up the Trunk Monkey for burgers and dogs.

Then it was head for the music and beer! We found a seat and I spent hours talking to this gentleman and his wife of 65 years!!! He is 88 years old and served in the South Pacific during WW2. Before the evening was over I bet he drew as big a crowd as the Swamp People did with people young and old coming over to shake his hand and thank him for his service. It was a real pleasure to get to visit with him but it was cut short when their favorite song came on they got up to go dance!!
God Bless America!
