About how long is the lifespan of the main heating element? and where can I find one if it burns out?  Ritzdeliman

I'm not sure how long they usually last. I've had my unit for a year and it's going strong. If it does burn out, phone the bradley company (I think they are located in Burnaby) and they'll ship you another one. Welcome to the forum.

But, if you go beyond a year, and the warranty is expired, another source that is very reliable is ChezBubba.com.

Ritz,

I know of no one who has actually burned out a bulb. When they were glass, we sold a bunch to folks that broke them when they dropped their smoker carrying it to their deck.

Now that they're stainless, we only sell extras to people like you & me who want one "just in case".

Ya think next time I check into a hotel & they ask "Smoking or Non?" they would mind?

Thanks Bubba I'm glad that their is some sort of support out there. I guess that if I really do need one the good people at bradley will ship one asap, because you really never do want to go a day without a good smoke. ritzdeliman
