hehe...yup it is a trademark now  ;D. ok money shot will be tomorrow but I had to cut one to give away. Brother came over he got half (he is always on top of my list, hunting partner and family), father in law stopped by  and got half, and kids got few slices, and then I had few when nobody was looking  ;D. It still has to cool down a bit.

It is 100% WT deer no fat no beef no pork. I was thinking it may crumble, but it turned out very..very good and packed with flavor. It almost reminds me a hickory farm beef stick.

Sorry for the delay. I had to take a picture before it completely disappears. It is little deformed over few days, I am guessing I did not stuff enough. Also I added 2Tbsp of salt instead of 3. I will add a tsp extra next time. Feels like needs a little more salt.
