I've had a Bradley Smoker for a week now. Spent some time sneaking around these forums. Being quite green in the smoker world, I need all the help I can get. What a great place for tips and tricks!
My first (and only endeavor so far) was beef jerky. My first lesson was "Patience Princess, Patience". The jerky is yummy.
Yesterday, my in-laws supplied some beautiful salmon to smoke; and today I was up at a ridiculous hour to get that started. I figure people who smoke don't sleep in. Schmancy Salmon is on the menu.
Wish me luck!

Edited for the Salmon results. I didn't care for it, but everyone seemed to.

A lesson I learned the hard way - Don't pick up hot bubba pucks with your bare hand. :o :o

Good advice! I used a gigantic set of thongs for that ;)
Just saw your salmon pix. What didn't you like about it? Looks good and no protein buggers.
