Post by: mnmike on July 22, 2011, 11:12:36 PM
Anyone ever use any of the rubs from cabelas are they any good? The honey peacan sounds pretty good and a few of the other ones just wondering in the sea of rubs out there how cabelas stands up

Depends on what you like for flavor profiles. I rather enjoy the tequila lime seasoning they have.

They have a sweet rib rub that is pretty good, my son picket it up the last time he was at Cabelas and wanted ribs done with it...they were pretty good...

Ditto on the Tequila Lime.

They are pretty proud of them, though..

I've got a bunch of their rubs, all pretty good.

Maple jalapeƱo is excellent, and I'm a fan of their blackened rub.
