Title: A box at my front door!
Post by: KyNola on July 23, 2011, 08:08:14 AM
Awoke this morning to find a box sitting at the front door.  On the side of the box it read "Carolina Treet" but CT was not inside.  Instead it was the Big Moe's BBQ Sauce that I ordered.  Now folks, I'm not a big BBQ sauce fan.  I don't consider Starne's as a BBQ sauce.  I consider it more of a finishing/flavor sauce.  Just have never really cared much for BBQ sauce...........until NePaS gave me a bottle of Big Moe's when we were in NOLA.  Big Moe's is awesome.  I literally could drink it out of the bottle so I had the good folks at CT to send me 4 bottles of it.

The other day I did 4 racks of baby back ribs that had been simply rubbed with Juicy Pig Rub(thanks DTA!).  When the ribs were done I brought them in and while still hot very lightly glazed them with some Big Moe's.  I subsequently served those ribs to some folks I had never met before.  After eating, a lady and her husband came up to me and said "Sir, those are the best ribs we have ever eaten. Thank you."  Made me pretty happy. 8)

Why the Hell are you serving complete strangers when you should be overnighting those ribs to me?
