Title: BBQ Workbook in Excel and PDF
Post by: devo on July 24, 2011, 12:14:29 AM
This workbook contains information like:
- BBQ safety tips
- Safe cooking temperatures
- All the different parts of the critters we love to cook with diagrams
- Conversion charts for recipes and such
- Recipes for rubs and sauces
- Different wood types
- and more

There is now also a section on making your first brisket and shows the way I typically do mine. It WILL be different than a lot of others do theirs, but it's a good starting point for someone new to the hobby.

They are great sources. Charlie is a member of the forum; I've been meaning to provide that link from the recipe site. This is a good reminder for me.

Thanks for posting this.

Devo,
Thanks for all the hard work you put into this.  It really is another wonderful resource to have.
