Title: remember my wife?
Post by: viper125 on July 27, 2011, 11:00:04 AM
Remember the wife? She don't like smoked meats or meats in general. Well after eating my bacon, ribs and etc. She decided it must have been that leather they sell in stores as smoked meats. She just come in with a 7 lb. Loin,2 big packages of ribs and four more big pork butts. I'm standing there with this dumb look on my face. She smiles real big and says this do you think you can make something with this? Got to love a good woman.

She just suggested some Canadian bacon and a stuffed pork loin. Looks like I may be cooking more often now.

Thanks Guys yeah Im a lucky guy. Just ordered a new cheifs choice 610 slicer. With a ham blade. Even though Im really not sure why you need a ham blade. Would think a serrated blade would cut all. Went out and bought a new Kenmore sealer and lots of bags, also one of those electric Labelers I was told about on here. Whew! When does this spending addiction wear off? Any one want to buy some Bacon cheap? LOL
