Going to give the M/B cold smoke cabinet a whirl.

Mmmmmm you really should tey it befor you smoke it, let us know what it is like. I have seen it in Costco up here a few times.

Pretty warm today so i gotta keep an eye on the cheese. M/B Box IT was bouncing from 90-108, outside temp on deck was 101.

No meltage which is good. Has decent color. M/B cold smoke will work good in the winter.

It looks OK Rick, I have seen that cheese in a Wegmans Store in Maryland may have to try it the next time we are down that way...

I seen at wegmans in allentown to, was like $1.50 more than sams.
