I don't know if this has been tried or suggested before but, as I'm not in a location to get 'bubba pucks' easily, I've come up with an idea for a substitute[:D]
I've taken a metal hose clamp, removed the screw portion with a cutting disk in my rotary tool, and adjusted the band to the size of a puck and crimped it to maintain the size. What I'm left with is a metal approximation of the Bradley puck.
I'll make two of them to use as blanks, however, before I run them through the hopper, I'd like comments as to how you think this will work and whether or not I'm likely to damage anything [:I] Thanks!!

IMO I would think there is a chance that they might jam. I think you would do better going to a metal shop and have them cut you a couple out of a round aluminum bar.

Did a search as I seemed to recall a similar post in the past, this may be of help?

Manxman.
Yep Manxman, that covers it. However, I think I'll take Old's advice and find some aluminium pipe and cut a few slices.

Hi thostorey,
Yes, I agree. I have bubba pucks but would go for Olds idea rather than the hose clamps if I were in your shoes.

Thostorey,
If Manx can easily get them, just how remote are you? After all, at least we touch![:D][:D]

Ya think next time I check into a hotel & they ask "Smoking or Non?" they would mind?
