Title: Hello from Tucson, Az
Post by: selamb on July 29, 2011, 04:42:35 PM
Hello from Tucson, AZ  It's only 95 degrees.  Question?  I have my digital smoker for just over a month.  I am smoking pork loins today and I can not get the internal temperature over 160 degrees.  I have it set for 220.  I tried calling the 800 number but my luck it's after 4:30.  Any suggestions?

By the way I think the smoker is great.  I have been smoking meats for over 25 years.

Welcome to the forum!  Check the connections between the smoke generator and the tower.  My guess is the heating element in the tower is not getting any power.  Unplug and replug with force to make certain everything is making good contact.
