Has anyone got a good recipe for smokies? I would rather not use a mix, had a bad experience with a mix ie way to salty. I know the members here will have a good recipe. Thx every one

Here they are smoked then thrown on the bbq. We eat them on a bun or any other way

They are kinda like brats but courser grind and lottsa flavour
