Title: newb in fayetteville, Ga.
Post by: beerdraft on August 03, 2011, 07:26:25 PM
Well I sold my old 10 foot trailer smoker and gave the $$$ to the wife.  Just got me a Bradley digital smoker from Bass Pro Shops and some wood pucs.  This will take some getting use to and will be looking forward to reading up on some more experienced users here of these fine smokers.  I just got tired of looking after the fire and all for 10 to 22 hours everytime I wanted to do some good smok'n...  Bonus is the wife loves this little thing.  I think I will to.  did some ribs tonight, not bad.  I ate a couple of the small ends and wrapped the rest and in cooler to rest and will refrigerate later and eat tomorrow.

It will take some getting used to compared to the stick burner your used to. You'll get the hang of it in short time. Welcome aboard.

We also slave away on 10-12 hour days using the Bradley.  ;D  It just might be doing other stuff while the Bradley is doing its thang.  ;D
