My name is Paul. Just got my digital smoker today. Just finished the conditioning. Can't wait to do my first smoke. Probably going to do ribs. Just want to say that I have been reading a lot of the messages on this board. Everyone here is so great in welcoming newbies and very very helpful. I love seeing that.
