Lookin good, a lot of those ingrediants are in a recepe I'm doing tomorrow for Summer Sausage. Smoker has that big friggin salmon in it right now ;D

Was shootin for a garlic flavored stick and I got it, now I need to add a little fat, there a tad on the dry side.
