on right now, food network. 1 hour show on homemade smoked sausage. Gotta watch it.

OMG, he's amking a smoker out of a wodden military foot locker, 2 pans and 2 electric hot plates. I'm digging this show. Elton Brown is always so informative.

Not to spoil it for you but..... He just gave a great idea for brining your butt with a zip lick bag. You'll see. Man, he's a pretty smart feller!!
