I have a 4 rack DIGI bradley why is the max cook time set at 9 hours 40 mins and will not go any higher than that time? would a auber PID allow for a longer cook time?

It will over ride the time mechanics of the Bradley or

set you an alarm clock and reset the cook time.

Prior to getting an Auber, everytime I looked at my smoker

on a long cook I reset the cook time.

Just takes getting use to.

The BDS uses a 16 bit buffer in the timer and that is the limit.
