Hello misty jay and welcome to the forum. This a great place with one or two folks who know what the are talking about......... Ok I am just kidding, there is so many people here who are so knowledgable and they love to help others. So do you have a smoker and if so what have you got. Folks here have everything you could imagine from multi thousand dollar jobbies to NePaS "UDS" which is short for "ugly drum smoker" a homemade smoker made from a 20 gallon steel barrel. For the record NePaS has other smoking equipment and he is a heck of a sausage maker. So tell us about yourself, I think you are the first from your neck of the woods. Are you from there or a transplant? We love to here about new things to try cooking with also.
