Title: first smoke on new bradley
Post by: Stircrazy on August 08, 2011, 05:09:58 PM
Well after getting jerked around by Canadian tire on a masterbuilt for an awsome price, for the third time....  I walked out of the store with a Bradley OBS for cost.

got home had to try it out with some appys as we already planed the main course and wasn't enough time to change it.

first task was to season the smoker.

that gave me time to get the appys ready

I decided to put some cold smoke to the chicken and steaks then move them to the grill

All in all turned out awsome, although the ABTs need a little longer on the bradley than I am used to doing them on my brinkman

Thanks for the comments guys,

was going to hit some ribs tonight but they didn't thaw out enough last night....  so just trying to decide if I should just kiss the pork loin chops with smoke them grill them or if I shoudl try do them all the way in the smoker...  then do the ribs in a couple days when I get back from my next work trip.
