Hey guys, I am looking at getting into making landjagers but I have no idea of where to start. Anybody got any ideas or help or recipes? Thanks guys!

If your going to make dry style LJ then you will need cure #2 with some sort of humidity and temp control. These items will help reduce the green weight of the LJ.
You can make a semi dry LJ with cure #1 and a dehydrator.
