Hello All,

Recently purchased a 4 rack OBS. Have not cooked anything yet but am excited about doing so in the coming week. I'm thinking hot smoked salmon for my first time.

Anyways, glad to be aboard, forum looks very helpful!

Welcome to the forum Marv...we have a great group of people here that will go out of their way to help you anyway they can...just ask and someone will come along to help, there are no stupid questions...just ask....
