Title: Saturday and short ribs -final update

So I went to Publix and got some of my favorites - beef short ribs. They normally come in lengths of about 3 -4 inches, I have them cut them width wise but not the length. I have them leave the ribs about 7-8 inches long. I then do a version of 3-2-1. Here are the ribs.

I rubbed on some spicy garlice pepper sauce, and then used the various rubs ( lightly sprinkled on the ribs).

Put them into the bradley with 3 hours of hickory and spritzed them with some beer after an hour. In another hour I will spritz again and turn them over until it is foil time.

When there is about an hour left I will add these small new potatoes. They are sprinkled with EVOO, chile powder, garlic powder.

What time is Supper?

I found a bottle of Salt Lick "Garlic".

I saved it for someone at the MWSO.

Might have to look for another next time I make a trip to Houston.

That Cajun Power sauce is awesome.  Have 3-4 bottles in the pantry always.

Those ribs look AWSOME!

This is the third post that I have seen today on beef ribs,,,kinda makes me hungry for some now.

BTW, Hope you didn't pick up any ground beef from Publix, there's a recall.

Those look like steaks with a handle built in ~ I need to meet your butcher at Publix!
