Title: Marinades

Hey guys, did my first load of jerky last month, turned out ok but I realized I smoked too long. I know how to fix that part but can I use  a regular meat marinade? Thanx in advance

Are you doing strip jerky (whole muscle) and you want a wet marinade?

Yep, gonna use london broil but this time make it teriyake flavor and was thinking of using something like Lawrys marinade
