This got put in my Box from my Mother's stuff.
I don't ever recall seeing her cook with it.
Could not find and identifying marks as to a name brand.

Really? Doesn't sound like my Mom buying something off a info commerical.
Hope I don't find out any more secrects about Her. ;D
So .................. What do you do with it?
give the people on this forum a little bit of time and there will be plans on how to mod it into an electric smoker; a wood burner, or something to use in sausage making.
I'm thinkin that's where your corned beef is supposed to go after a proper smoke, a steamer I guess.
If this is a "time dome cooker" then you would put water in the bottom of the pan, heat water to boil, put your vegtables on the wire tray, put lid on, when whisps of steam come out, the vegtable should be done with a bit of crunch.
At least that is the standard instruction on using a WOK with a dome as a vegtable steamer.

;D You got that right! ;D
It looks like a stove top roaster, though I've never seen one with a pan with such low sides. You could probably also use it as a stove top smoker.
