Title: Bacon, bacon, bacon!

Cured some bacon a week ago:  10 pounds of maple and 10 pounds of Cajun.

I am betting you will like the Maple better than the Cajun. It wont have enough heat for you.

Bacon any type is like cocaine to me. Never have enough and any time is fine to eat it. Been know to get out of bed early in the morning just to fry some up.

Dang seemore they really look good, we haven't done bacon in long long time, but I am pretty sure the next time we butcher, we will do some bacons...
