Title: It is Jerky time

Sliced up 15 pounds of eye of round and 10 pounds of deer round.  Got the first ten pounds of beef in the marinade  for an all night swim.  I'll be putting them in the smoker about noon for four hickory pucks and then in the dehydrator till finished.  Will start soaking the rest of the meat tommorrow.  I'd take some pics but my camera shot craps.  Gotta have jerky for hunting season.

I hate it when the camera takes a crap.

Cant wait till huntin season,Taby has a buck permit this year, I think I'm more excited then her.

This will be her first buck, she had to let a wall hanger walk by 30 yards away last season.

Got a new camera yet?  ;D

you betcha...sittin in a stand for hours sure makes that jerky taste even better...

Nope.  Haven't got a new camera.  Smoke is rolling on the jerky though. ;D
