I had every intention to go to the Midwest smoke out but I had to drive to Wartburg, Tennessee to pick up my grandson's father's 1977 Jeep CJ 5. We attended the county fair and watched the mud drag racing. It was very entertaining.
Here is a picture of my grandson and his new toy.

There's always next year my friend!! Family time is more important. Looks like the grandson is going to have some good times with that!!
Yeah, I missed the smokeout too because I had to get my Harley washed. And yes, that really is my bike.

If you really stare at it,
for a long time... Nope. No bike.
I don't mean to be pushy but I don't see any seat belts on that Jeep. I would bet you care for your grandsons well being and those Jeeps roll kind of easy. I have a friend with a permanent brain injury from a rollover in a Jeep.
Pikeman,
Sincere thanks for your concerns. It does have belts but they will probably be replaced with better ones. We will probably put some more normal tires on it also. The kid is 16 years old and you know what that means. I pray for him much! I am constantly trying to reign in his lofty 16 year old brain.
Brad
That's a nice roll cage. I'd add an outer bar on both sides for safety. Too bad your not closer to me, I'd trade you tires and rims.
