So, prior to the MWSO II Sonny and I had sort of made up a deal. I bring him Starne's sauce and he brings me Veron's Pork and Crawfish Sausage. DEAL! So tonight I grilled up some of that Veron's sausage and let me tell you that is just about the best stuff I have eaten in a long time. Slapped it on a bun, Jan says "what do you want on it?" Uh, nothing. It is awesome.

It is some good sausage. Wish they were closer to me.
After Mom moved, it made it harder to get there.
I am gonna try makin that soon with some pork/crayfish and veron's seasoning.
Will let you know how it taste compared to the real deal.
