There is a local guy out in my town named Wild Willy and he has some of the hottest salsa I have ever had! But it also has a great flavor too. I picked up his hottest salsa yet... Jolokia 4 nitro salsa and hot sauce! This stuff is wicked hot :o ;D ;)
The mustard is really good too..

Beginning to find that out myself. Spicy yes Hot not so much
I just had some curry made with that bhut jolokia a week or so ago. Overall it was pretty good, not insane heat but enough to break a sweat while still having a really good flavor.
Mmmmmm I bet that's good stuff!
