Post by: sparky1 on August 25, 2011, 06:47:31 PM
howdy.  alot of my bradley friends have told me to get the OBS and a PID plug & play thinging.  do i need the dual probe one or just the single probe?  i rarely cook more than one thing at time.  when i cook ribs (better then 10.5, lol) or whatever i cook it is just one thing except veges.  i am getting my xmas list together.  i do have et73 and et732.  okie dokie, thanks.

The single probe will work good for you Sparky. The dual probe allows you to ramp up/down temp by IT or time. Sounds like something you do not really need...
