Title: Corn
Post by: jaeger on November 23, 2005, 06:12:36 AM
I ran across a lady that is a waitress in a fancy restaurant today. I asked her if she got all the good recipes from the chefs. She said no but she had a recipe for corn that she absolutly swore by. Here it is for someone looking for something new!

2- twelve oz packages of green giant frozen corn
1 eight oz stick of Philadelphia cream cheese
1 quarter (stick) of butter
microwave for eight minutes

Sounds like it might be pretty good, and so healthy!
