You are looking at about a dollar a pound to have them delivered.  Anything less than that is a good deal.

Chili Head has you pointed in the right direction.    DTY Direct (via Amazon.com) has them (BBqrs Delight) as well for about the same price.

I also use a lot of Cookinpellets.com Perfect Mix.  He's not far from me in Racine, WI, so I've been able to hook up on the side of the interstate when he is hauling some to a competition, etc.

Bear Mountain are good pellets, but the only place the sold them online has gone out of business.

You can always go to a Traeger dealer in a pinch, but I'm not too crazy about their pellets.

Looks like Big Poppa has them at $40/40 lbs bags. Free shipping.

If you want Traeger Pellets, you have a Traeger dealer on the South Side of Houston.

Texas Star Pellet Grill Co.
8383 Commerce Park Dr. Suite 600
Houston, TX 77036

They are also a MAK dealer.

You can also consider ordering from BBQ'rs Delight.  They have a good reputation, their pellets are good and are located in Pine Bluff AR.  A 20 lb bag ordered online direct from them is $8 per bag plus shipping.

200 lbs of their hickory pellets showed up at my house about 2 weeks ago.  BBq Delight is 2/3 Oak and 1/3 flavor wood.

What's the other 1/3. Sounds like a deal. 20lb for $8.

The 1/3 is the "flavor" that you ordered.  I ordered hickory so the pellets are made of 2/3 oak and 1/3 hickory.  The price at $8 for a 20 pound bag is good.  Don't forget you have the shipping to pay on top of that.  My total bill came out to a little less than $1 per pound delivered.

Once you settle on a pellet you like, you can save a buck or two by ordering 600 or 1000 lbs at a time..

For me, perfect mix is $1.17/lb with shipping for a 40# bag, for 600lbs it is around $0.70/lb for 1000lbs it is $0.60/lb.

Perfect Mix is from cookinpellets.com.   Based in Racine, WI.   I have piles of them out in the garage.
They also have a 100% Hickory they offer from time to time, but they seem to be out at the moment.

I really like that mix.  Apple/Hickory/Oak/Maple.  Great flavor and tons of smoke.

Larry, I think that $8/bag deal from BBQr's Delight is gone.  Looks like $40 for 40 pounds now.   :(

WHAT?!  Glad I picked up 200 lbs then.

Mike, you're gonna love that MAK.  I have the MAK 2 Star and love it.
