Title: I was bored so I made fried pizzas

1st get your dough ready

Spread sauce on the dough

Add your cheese and fold over. Pinch your ends together real tight

Bring your oil up to 325 temp and fry!

After a few mins this is what it looks like

OK here is the money shot.  I think a few more seconds in the oil would have been better but they were still very good and brought back many memories of my youth

I love those things.

Got a place around here that makes them, they call em "Calzones"

I get the hamburger with mushrooms, onion and mozzarella.

Doing good  thanks for asking.  :)

Now the rt foot is another story.  Looks like I will have 4 mm removed from the bone so it wont hurt so bad, just need to set a date for surgery.  :'(    I tell you when I hit 40 I hit a wal and can't get over it!

YEP!!  And it keeps you broke cause there anit much money in short/long term disabilty from my job   :(

But hey at least there is something coming in from time to time

It will, heck as long as I wake up on this side of the dirt it's gonna be a great day!  ;D

When I made the pizzas it really brought back memories of when my late father would make them
He would make them from left over bread dough when he made bread. Gosh there are soooo good!

they do look good, i never had one fried. the ones they make around here are done in the pizza oven.

I think "calzones" are baked, but fried looks better!!!
