2-2.90 chuck roasts gave them a nice rub of worsy sauce then cym and steak rub then overnight in fridge

After 3 hours of hickory and messy wood smoked at 195

I then mixed up some au jus and put a layer of onions and sprikled some garlic power in the crock pot

Looks good! How much of the smoke taste stayed after the liquid in the crock pot?
It still had a real good smokey flavor the crock pot dident take the smoke out of the meat at all i thought
