Title: Another New Guy
Post by: Mark64 on September 03, 2011, 12:55:23 PM
Hello to all. I just bought myself a digital smoker and can't wait to try it out. i have smoked meat before but just in a home made one. Always had a hard time keeping the temperatue steady though. I will be smoking some fish this long weekend so wish me luck! Any suggestions on how long to keep the smoke going on fish? I usually used three pans before but have no clue how that will convert to the pucks :)

The Bradley pucks are pure smoke.

Each one last 20 minutes and then a new one is feed onto the burner.

If you how many hours you use to smoke your fish, you can convert that

to puck usage.

Thanks for the welcome and the advice. I guess we will see how todays batch turns out. It's going to be fun experimenting either way!
